Can I have Urban Decay for $1000 Alex?
This is Detroit in a nutshell. Once proud but barely supporting itself now and no one is going to help it out. Certainly not the assclown mayor in there now and who knows about the next guy. Its hard to believe that there are whole blocks of houses that look exactly like this all over the city. Most people would have killed to live in a house like this in the 60's and now you couldn't pay someone enough to try and restore it. The problem is that it took 25+ years for Detroit to turn to shit and its going to take twice that to get it back out. I don't think theres anyone up to that challenge.

Yeah, we know. Where is all this money going to come from to demolish these homes and clean up the debris? Where is the money for repairs to umpteen homes around the city? At least the Brush Park area is lookin' fine these days, but it wasn't free. (Post some pics of that btw.) Sure we've got a few non-profit organisations cleaning up some of the blight, but they can't do it all. Also, it's not exactly assclown Kwame's fault the city is in ruins. It looked like this starting 20 years ago. If you're going to blame it on a mayor, point the finger at racist Coleman Young. Just venting... it's a sad reality.
